Welcome to all visitors, tourists, family and friends!

Join us as we celebrate our community, as we host our annual Belledune Days Festival from July 29th to August 6th, 2023. Enjoy our local hospitality as we foster old and new friendships.

Here's the schedule:

Saturday - JULY 29

  • ATV Run: Rally Registration at 8am-10am Starting at the Jacquet Salmon Barrier. Marked ATV Run Approx. 90 Km Tim Collins. Rally tickets $10 or 3/$25. Door Prizes, 50/50 Draw and Raffle
  • House Of CARDS (Create a card structure): 1:00PM-4PM Belledune Recreation Center. Groups of 1-4 people. Pre-registration is required no later than Friday (Before July 28) for more information. Please contact Anika Duivenvoorden 506-522-8566. Admission $10.00 per group. All supplies are included in the cost        
  • Country Hoedown​: 9:00pm-12 am Legion Branch #77 Jacquet River. Music by: Serenity. Ages: 19+. Admission: $5 person. Prizes/Cash Bar

Sunday - JULY 30

  • Official Opening Ceremonies​. Starting at 1:30 p.m. (Under the Tent) Fire Hall/Gazebo Grounds –Jacquet River. Music Entertainment – By Ron Carrier (Country Legends). Presentations: Senior Citizen of the Year 2023- TBA. Outstanding Individual Award 2023–TBA​
  • Magician: Don Bernard: 2:00p.m. - 3:00p.m. Fire Hall/Gazebo Grounds –Jacquet River. Kids are encouraged to bring a mat/towel to sit on as there will be no seating provided. 
  • Grocery Bingo by the CWL Belledune Belledune Recreation Center: Time: 6pm. Groceries & prizes / Canteen services

Monday - JULY 31

  • Kid’s (family) Magic Show/ Dance Belledune Recreation Center. 6pm-8pm Don Bernard 

Tuesday - AUGUST 1

  • Heritage Museum Tea Party Belledune Recreation Center. Time: 1:30-3:30 Nancy Culligan Brunner                                      
  • Kid’s Chocolate Bar Bingo Night.Starting at 6pm​ Belledune Recreation Center. Admission: 1 Chocolate Bar (peanut and nut free) Event’s Committee
  • Card Party​ St. John Evangelist Church Hall. Time: 6:30pm . Admission: $2.50. Prizes Awarded. A light lunch will be served. ​Contact Nancy Culligan Brunner 506-226-3933                                    

Wednesday - AUGUST 2

  • Outdoor Mass St. Gabriel’s Parish Cemetery Grounds. Time: 6:00pm​    
  • Karaoke / Open mic (19+)​ Belledune Recreation Center. Time: 8:30p.m. – 12:30pm. Music by Patsy Talbot. Admission: $7.00​. Cash bar / Concessions

Thursday - AUGUST 3

  • Senior’s Night​ ​Legion Branch #77​. Time: 5:30p.m. - 12:00a.m. Door opens at 5:00p.m. (Age: 60 and up). Admission: $10.00/person (tickets must be purchased in advance from the Belledune Municipal Office (506-522-3700) or the Belledune Library (Gina Card 705-801-5736) – only 150 sit in tickets available plus a few take-out orders available.​ Supper: Bbq Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and 2 Vegetables catered by: Ladies Auxiliary. Dance: Music by Barry Mazerolle. CASH BAR

Friday - AUGUST 4

  • Mackerel Derby​​ Roherty Point Belledune. 7:00p.m. - 11:00p.m. ~All Ages~ Music – Bbq – Prizes, $2.00 entry. Bonfire-(weather conditions permitting)
  • Pickleball Tournament Village of Belledune Municipal Office Gymnasium. Start Friday Night 6pm – 10pm Karrie McCurdy, Paul Arseneault(Continue) Sat Aug. 5th 9am – 6pm. $10.00 Entry Fee. Pre-registration is required- Contact Darrell Culligan 506-522-3714 Office, 506-520-9322 Cell 

Saturday - AUGUST 5

  • Breakfast/Brunch​ Belledune Recreation Center. 8:30a.m. – 11:00a.m. Price: Adults $10.00 Children (6 and under) $5.00. Menu: scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, beans, toast, jam, tea, coffee. Proceeds: St. John Evangelist Cemetery fund
  • “STARTING AT 12 NOON” Entertainment all afternoon Music by: Patsy Talbot, Concession Stands / Food (Barb and Gail), Karen & Ivan (Caboose Flea market & Gifts

  • Children’s Dance ​ Belledune Recreation Center Ages: toddler – 10ish 6:00p.m. – 7:30p.m. Flo Guitard Admission: $2.00/person. Music by: DJ Joe Lanteigne / Canteen service available - Prizes will be given out ***Once you are inside for the dance, you must stay until your drive arrives***
  • Sally Card Reader Belledune Recreation Center 6pm-9pm. $20.00 for each 20 minute card reading Please contact Marilyn to book a reading 506-252-4175
  • Festival finale ​​ Belledune Recreation Center  6:30p.m.-10:00p.m.​ Music by: Barry Mazerolle​ Candy bars, Chips, Pop, Water and glo toys will be on sale (Event’s Committee), Concession Stands Barb & Gail, Caboose Flea market and Gifts Limited seating, please bring your own chairs
  • Spectacular Fireworks Presentation beginning at 10:00pm By FX Fireworks (Halifax) The Event’s Committee will have glo sticks available to purchase
